Dear Hiya, 

                Your sweet letter of the 4^th instant is just to my hand. In your letter, you have expressed your concern over your lack of concentration in study and sought my valued suggestion to overcome it. Well, here it is. 

      It is the problem of most the students of your age to concentrate on their studies. For being absent-minded in your study, your performance in the class is on a waning day by day. You complained that at the time of study your mind is disturbed by various types of thoughts. So, you can’t memorize your subjects. To overcome this problem, I suggest you to practice yoga and meditation at least for an hour every day in the early morning in an open and tranquil atmosphere. This practice is not only helpful for mental and emotional development but also will strengthen your concentration and memorizing power. These habits are also ideal to refresh one’s mind, providing tranquillity of mind and removing anxiety, hatred and evil terrific thoughts from the mind. So, I suggest you to practice yoga and meditation to prosper in life.
