Sir,
I would like to inform you that yesterday, I have bought a 24” SAMSUNG LED TV set of Rs. – 12000, voucher no. – 2238 from your shop. But I regret to inform you that today after installation, it is found the set developed problems. It is making a strange sound whenever it is started. The picture quality is also very poor and there appear some black lines on the screen sometimes. Even sometimes, the television becomes automatically switched off and on. I think it has internal manufacturing defects. I have enclosed herewith the photocopy of the bill of my purchase.
You are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the defective TV set with the new one or rectify the defects by sending technicians at the earliest. As the TV set has two years’ warranty, it is your liability.
